Anja Zimmermann Marathon Running Story
My name is Anja. I‘m from Germany and I run since 2020 due to COVID. In Germany running outside individually was allowed, but no team sports. Beeing a Badminton player, I had to choose a different sport. I‘m really slow. It took me 2 years of training to finish my first Half Marathon in 2022. I finished my first Marathon last year in my hometown Berlin. Although it took me 5:48h, I‘m proud as hell 'cause when I started running, I wasn't able to run 5k. Sooner or later I‘d love to run an Ultra. Greetings to all of you.
